Lake Road Gallery, Bowness on Windermere

This is where La Galerie d'Art began. Initially, in 1986 we moved into the ground floor shop to run a picture framing business and to showcase the work of artist friends and associates. The gallery now encompasses the whole building - a distinctive property which has become something of a landmark in the village - and is predominantly used to display the collection of unique prints and limited editions.

Ambleside Gallery, Central Buildings, Ambleside

In 1999 we expanded into the quaint Lakeland village of Ambleside. The new gallery, situated right at the heart of the village on Rydal Road, soon began to grow in popularity and reputation. It now enjoys a loyal clientele in its own right, for whom we exhibit a wide selection of prints, limited editions and original artwork.

Queen's Square Gallery, Bowness on Windermere

The final gallery, acquired in 2003 is located in the premises of a former bank. Its refit has created a perfect setting for original artwork. This beautiful Victorian building also hosts a spacious display of ceramics, jewellry and sculpture. It has proved to be ideally suited for numerous exhibitions and always receives generous comments from visitors.
