General Returns Policy

If you are not happy with a product for any reason, we will be happy to refund you or send out an exchange, provided you return the item within 14 days of the dispatch date. Please note, while we are happy to provide a full refund including delivery charges, we do not refund return postage costs. Please follow the ‘Returning Your Item’ instructions below.

 

Condition of Returns

It is very important that any returned items are in their original condition. Please note, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, and keep all original labels and packaging.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different one, however, please be aware that we do not always have everything available in stock. In these instances, we will automatically issue you with a refund unless you are prepared to wait for it to be back in stock.

Please note, we do not refund your return postage costs in either instance.

 

Delivery Charges

We will refund any charges paid in delivering your order to you, providing you return the full order (UK orders only) within 14 days of receiving your order. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Returning your Item

Please attach your full details with your return(s). This will help us to process your return faster. Note that you will need to pay the appropriate postage charges and for safety we recommend you use a recorded delivery service where you will be provided with a proof of postage and a tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

We will email you when we receive the goods, and will refund/exchange the goods within 5 working days of the goods being received and inspected at our warehouse.
